1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, as a small business, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve other clients. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 1 the full cost of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding that this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensures that all clients have the opportunity to receive our services.
2. Skin Test (Allergy Alert Test)
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. For all colour services, a skin test (allergy alert test) is mandatory. This test must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled colour appointment.
This requirement is essential to identify any potential allergic reactions to the products we use.
If a reaction occurs after the skin test, we will be unable to proceed with the colour service.
By adhering to this policy we are keeping you safe.
3. Minor Policy
Colour Services: We do not perform any colour services on clients under the age of 16.
Styling Services: For clients under the age of 18 receiving styling services, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. This consent form must be provided before the service can be performed.
This policy ensures that we are providing responsible and safe services to all our clients.
4. Extra Charges
To ensure fairness and transparency, extra charges may be applied in the following circumstances:
Extended Travel: If your location is significantly outside our standard service area, a travel surcharge may be added to your bill. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
Extended Service Time: If your service requires significantly more time than initially estimated, due to hair length, density, or complexity, an additional charge may apply. We will always communicate any potential extra charges before proceeding.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment without prior notification, we may need to adjust your service or apply a late fee. This is to ensure that we can maintain our schedule and provide timely service to all clients. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
5. Premium Charges (Out-of-Hours Services)
For clients seeking services outside of our regular business hours, as listed on our Google Business page, premium charges will apply. This allows us to accommodate special requests while ensuring fair compensation for our time. Please refer to our Google Business page for our current operating hours.
6. Complaint Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us promptly.
Please notify us of your concerns calmly and respectfully within 10 days of your service date.
We will thoroughly assess your complaint and offer one of the following resolutions:
Service Redo: We will offer to redo all or part of the service at no additional cost.
Refund: We may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
We value your feedback and will strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
